  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon dried butterfly pea flowers
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 4 tablespoons liquid stevia extract
  • 2 drops lavender extract flavoring
  • Fresh Water
  • Ice cubes

Step 1. Prepare Butterfly Pea Flower Tea:

  • Begin by heating water to near-boiling temperature. Add dried butterfly pea flowers to the hot water. Allow the tea to steep until it turns a purple color.
