Hi👋 there, we’re Rachel and Olivia – two passionate home cooks who started Eatfittribe to share our love❤ of wholesome, delicious food🍽 that brings people together.
Back in 2021, when everyone was stuck at home during COVID, we dreamed up this idea for a recipe blog. Life got busy, but that vision never faded. Now, we’re so excited to finally launch Eatfittribe and cook with you!
Our goal is to provide recipes that fit all kinds of eaters and occasions including:

Our goal is to provide recipes that fit all kinds of eaters – from healthy weeknight dinners, to vegan dishes, gluten-free treats, and everything in between. Rachel brings her Mexican cooking heritage, while Olivia contributes her expertise in recreating famous dishes.
Together, we test and perfect each recipe so you can trust it will turn out great. We also share quick tips and substitution ideas to make cooking easy and approachable.
